The course
What Patients Don't Say is an on-demand, non-scientific CPD course provided online by Crown & Compass. It is a one-time digital purchase of $95 AUD. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for your own professional development, for one individual.

Access
Your access does not have an expiry date. The course will remain available in your account for as long as Crown & Compass continues to offer it. If the course is ever withdrawn, you will receive at least 90 days' notice by email and the opportunity to download any available course materials during that period.
The term lifetime access refers to the lifetime availability of the course on the Crown & Compass platform. It does not mean access for the purchaser's lifetime.

Satisfaction guarantee
If the course does not provide you with something you can apply in your practice, email admin@crownandcompass.com.au within 14 calendar days of your purchase and you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

After a refund
Once a refund has been processed, your access to the course will be removed and any certificate of completion issued for that purchase will no longer be valid.

Your licence
Your purchase is for one individual only. You must not share your login details, provide access to another person, reproduce the course for others, resell the course, or allow multiple people to access a single purchase. Practice or group access may be available separately by contacting admin@crownandcompass.com.au.

Intellectual property
All course content, including videos, written materials, frameworks, worksheets and downloadable resources, remains the intellectual property
of Crown & Compass. You may use the material for your own professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell or otherwise share any part of the course without prior written permission.

Course updates
Crown & Compass may update, improve or revise the course from time to time. Where updates are made to this course while it remains available, they will be included at no additional cost. Future courses sold separately are not included in this purchase.

CPD
This course provides one hour of non-scientific Continuing Professional Development (CPD). You are responsible for ensuring the course meets the CPD requirements of your relevant registration body.

Professional judgement
The course is professional education and support. It does not replace your own professional and clinical judgement, or your obligations to your patients and your registration body.

Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
