This policy explains how Crown & Compass collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit www.crownandcompass.com.au or purchase the course What Patients Don't Say. Crown & Compass collects your name and email address when you purchase the course or subscribe to updates. When you visit the website, general analytics information such as pages viewed may be collected to help improve the site. Crown & Compass does not collect sensitive information, and does not collect any patient or clinical information.

Information is collected directly from you when you enrol, subscribe or make an enquiry, and automatically through the website using cookies and analytics.
Why we collect it
Your information is used to provide the course you purchased, issue your certificate of completion, respond to your enquiries, and, where you have subscribed, send you occasional updates. Crown & Compass does not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Payment information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Crown & Compass never sees or stores your payment card details. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Third party providers
Crown & Compass uses established providers to run the business and deliver the course.
